Tsunami Rx Benefit Concert
Almost a year after the world was reminded of the destructive force of a tsunami, the efforts of two local doctors persist long after the stories of bravery and terror faded from the headlines.
An international multi-cultural folk arts benefit concert to bring aid from Sudbury to Sri Lanka to assist recovery from the Tsunami of December 26, 2004.
The goal of the Tsunami Rx benefit concert is to raise sufficient funds to build a technical school in Sri Lanka. All proceeds will be brought directly to Sri Lanka by Dr. Sham Merali
