On July 17, 2007, His Excellency, the Most Reverend Jean-Louis Plouffe announced the following appointments:

Effective July 1, 2007, Rev. Bernard Cloutier, until now pastor of Ss. Anges parish (North Bay) has been granted a leave of absence.

Effective July 20, 2007, Deacon Roger Floyd, until now on a leave of absence from parish responsibilities but offering education in Natural Family Planning, has been appointed for pastoral ministry at St. Lawrence, Martyr parish (Webbwood), Immaculate Conception parish (Massey) and St. Francis of Assisi parish (Walford) while continuing his ministry with Natural Family Planning.

Effective August 1, 2007, Rev. René Perron, until now associate pastor of St-Joseph parish (Chelmsford) is appointed pastor (ad normam, c. 540) of Ss. Anges parish (North Bay).
